OUR MISSION
The McMillon Innovation Studio serves as an innovation hub to students across the University of Arkansas campus. The studio’s mission is to develop future leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators by cultivating their creative mindset and connecting them to opportunities to make real-world impact. Students in the studio are given access to valuable mentorship and resources – providing further support to cultivate their creative skills and empower them to deliver impact innovation through organizational, social, and entrepreneurial change.

JESSICA ANDREWS
Director, McMillon Innovation Studio
Design Teams Lead
Jessica is a dynamic leader with a strong track record in innovation, cross-sector partnerships, and strategic program development. As Interim Director of the McMillon Innovation Studio at the University of Arkansas, she leads a student-powered innovation hub that collaborates with over 24 companies annually and engages nearly 200 students in hands-on, real-world learning. Her career spans corporate training, higher education, and nonprofit leadership, including serving as CEO of 7hills Homeless Center. Jessica brings a multidisciplinary lens to her work, holding advanced degrees in both Business and Public Service, and is passionate about equipping the next generation to drive impact through creativity, collaboration, and thoughtful design.
